You didn’t wake up last week and suddenly start questioning your marriage.
This has been building slowly. Quietly. Over time. A long time, like years. Maybe decades.
Something shifted inside you.
And now you can’t unsee it.
-
Your needs aren’t being met… but you’re not even sure when that started.
-
You’ve tried to explain what you need, but it feels like you speak a different language, or maybe you feel like you’re ‘crazy”.
-
You’ve asked him to go to therapy and he says “I am not telling someone about our problems or I’m not paying someone to tell me about our problems.”
-
You’ve been carrying the emotional weight of the relationship on your own for a long time.
-
You’ve grown in ways you never expected, and you’re not sure your partner has grown with you.
From the outside, everything might look fine.
People may think you are completely happy: thanks, FB!
But inside, something feels off and inside the marriage, you know there is a huge disconnect. You act like roommates, no thanks on intimacy, and the silent tension is palpable.
And you’re tired of living in the in-between. This marriage is ‘good enough’ to not leave and it’s actually killing you to stay.
This IS a discernment container
- A safe place to tell the truth
- A space to explore your options honestly
- A community of women walking through the same questions
- A guided process to help you get clear
- Permission to stay, repair, or leave
This is NOT a repair program
- Not marriage counseling
- Not divorce coaching
- Not pressure to make a decision
- Not about blaming your partner
- Not about fixing everything overnight
This is about clarity.
And clarity changes everything.
You will say, “I feel seen.” “I feel supported.” “I am not crazy for feeling this way.”

I'm Molly
I went through a divorce when I was 37 years old, with two young children who were 9 and 7 at the time. I remember feeling devastated and scared, but also strangely optimistic and light. Two things can exist at once. I was worried about everything - money, custody, what people would think, whether my kids would be okay, and honestly, how I was going to survive it. I felt embarrassed and uncertain, but deep down there was also a quiet sense that there might be a bigger life on the other side of that decision.
Over the years, I walked through that fear step by step, and now I have the privilege of sitting with women who are standing in that same place. Inside this program, I share my story and the stories of other women I have coached, not to tell you what to do, but to help you find clarity about what is right for you.
I love love. Love is one of the greatest human experiences, and I am so thankful that I have had love in my lifetime. My life has not followed a straight line. I was in sales for 20 years, and I left that career four years after my dad passed away. From there, I published a children’s book, and then slowly began building this coaching career. What started small has expanded and taken on a life of its own, and I feel incredibly grateful to do this work.
Today, I am remarried to a wonderful man, have my two biological kids, a stepmom to two boys, and deeply grateful for the life we have created. It isn’t perfect, but it is peaceful, honest, and built with intention.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I don’t know you or what is best for you. I only know how to help you find that answer for yourself.
"I called Molly at my lowest, ready to file for divorce, and felt like I had nowhere else to turn. After months of working with Molly, I was able to draw boundaries, speak my truth, and understand where I was showing up in my life and causing my own pain. I reframed my approach and started listening and communicating my needs. I’m so proud to say that my marriage is better than ever and I’m so happy in my life again. My only regret isn’t working with Molly sooner. I wish everyone would have the chance to work with her."
- Lori
"Molly is an incredible coach and a pillar of my support system. She is currently helping me work through an extremely difficult time in my life and is always so responsive, insightful and supportive. She has taught me how to develop the inner strength I need to face daily crises and has started helping me to uncover the best version of myself. I can't imagine going through this without her. I stopped working with a therapist and switched to Molly instead - it was the best decision I ever made!"
- Emily
"Divorce has been one of the hardest things I have ever endured. Molly has played an invaluable roll in the process. Having her as part of my support system has given me the tools I needed to navigate this journey. When I’m spiraling, she is able to give me perspective to look at each situation with clear and grounded strategy. I’ve learned a lot about myself through her counsel and feel that is one of the best takeaways from something so devastating. I’m so grateful for her compassion, insight, and support."
- Erica
After 6 weeks, you will have:
- Clarity about whether you want to stay, repair, or leave
- A deeper understanding of your patterns and your needs
- Confidence in your decision
- Language to communicate your next steps
- A plan for what comes next
You may not have every answer.
But you will no longer be stuck in confusion.
"I am really trying on this healing journey and coaching with Molly is what I needed to guide me. I did not know where to turn and had felt so lost. I feel like I’m getting a bit more anchored everyday. I wish I’d “found” Molly two years ago!"
- Mary
