Clarity in the In-Between

A 5-Week Live Experience for Women Who Are Quietly Asking 'Should I stay… or should I go?'

No more opinions. Just clarity from deep within you.

You don’t need another opinion - either you are sick of telling the same people the same thing, or you’ve been so quiet about your marriage truth and you haven’t told a soul.
What would they think? You don’t want to tell people because what if they tell you it’s time to leave? Then what?
You need clarity about your own life; not from opinions but from your deepest knowledge.
No one knows what it feels like in your own marriage.

You didn’t wake up last week and suddenly start questioning your marriage.

This has been building slowly. Quietly. Over time. A long time. The disconnect and resentment you feel has been piling up for years, maybe even decades.

You are wondering if this marriage is right for you. You are wondering if you can repair it. You are hoping you don’t need to leave but also partially optimistic at the prospect of it. You wish someone would tell you exactly what to do and also guarantee that everything will work out.

If there’s one thing you’re certain about, it’s that your needs aren’t being met in your marriage. Some days you wonder if this is just a rough season and other days you’re scared this is what your marriage has become.

  • You go to bed early, not because you’re tired but you don’t want to deal with the tension of him reaching for you when you don’t feel connected.

  • You tell him you’re overwhelmed and exhausted and he says “just relax, it’s not that big of a deal”

  • You don't need him to fix anything, you just wish for one day he understood how heavy everything feels and how much you carry.

  • You’re arguing about him not helping with the dishes, but deep down you know it's far more than the dishes.

  • You ask him for help and he says “just tell me what to do.” and you think “I don’t want to have to tell you and manage you, too!”

  • You start keeping things to yourself, you stop planning date nights, you start avoiding the hard conversations. Because….what’s the point!?

  • You’ve tried to explain what you need by saying things like “I am not happy” (and you don’t really mean happy its bigger that that” or asking him to be kinder to you or appreciate you more but when you do he looks back at you like you’re speaking a different language and leaves you feeling like you’re ‘crazy”.
  • You’ve asked him to go to therapy and he says “I am not telling somebody I don’t even know about our problems” or “I’m not paying someone to tell me about our problems.”
  • You’ve been carrying the emotional weight of the marriage with a deep nagging feeling, the emptiness in your heart, the silent tension while he scrolls his phone, the silent tears when you lay in bed and he quickly falls asleep. Where did the spark and connection go?

  • You’ve grown in ways you never expected. You’re spiritual, expanding, listening to books, podcast, finding joy in nature, and maybe a little woo woo, which are all things you weren’t doing on your wedding day and you have a sinking feeling your partner isn’t willing to grow with you.

  • You’ve been living in the in-between of fantasizing about what it would be like to be divorced and have your own home where you could sing in the kitchen and make breakfast for dinner and then you lay in bed wondering what is wrong with me and maybe I am the problem never taking action to either stay or go.

To have clarity, you have to stop the loop.

You have to stop going from driving through neighborhoods looking at the townhouse you would buy if you got a divorce, fantasizing about a different life then pulling back in your driveway and shrinking in your marriage. You are being complacent and acting like fixing or leaving your marriage is “too much work.” This is what is making you stuck and the stuck is what is making you miserable.

In order to have complete and total clarity about your marriage and ultimately know what the best next step is for you, you need to learn how to listen to your intuition, see things in your marriage for what they really are, and get out of your own way. So you can live your life without the pressure of carrying resentment toward your marriage and the man you share a bed with every night.

  • You don’t need another opinion about if your marriage is bad enough, because let’s be real, is the person you’re asking in a marriage you’d want to be in?
  • You also don’t need to keep being so quiet about your marriage because you’re worried about ‘what people will think’.
  • You need unbiased support from someone who has been there but isn’t invested in your personal life so you can decide what is best for you without the weight of the judgement of others.
I know you because I am you.

Hi, I'm Molly

I’ve helped hundreds of women step out from living in the in-between of "Should I stay in my marriage?" and "Should I leave my marriage?" into "I’m clear on what the next right step is for me."

I am a certified life coach, but more than that, I’m an embodied coach who has been exactly where you are.

Nine years ago, I was just like you, stuck in a constant loop of should I stay or should I go. Not every minute of every day was bad. We had two young kids. We had a home. We had a life that looked good from the outside, but inside I was miserable in my marriage. There was dishonesty, extreme debt, and a constant feeling of walking on eggshells. I was white-knuckle gripping to keep our life from falling apart, and in the process, I lost my joy. I wasn’t that much fun to be around either.

I was paralyzed by the thought of taking off my ring and announcing to the world that I was a divorced woman.

I would negotiate with myself. If things aren’t better by the fall, then I’ll file for divorce. And then things would shift back into our pattern. We would dip and then even out, dip again, then settle for a little while. However, even during the "good" times, things were never truly stable. I had just become so used to the dips that the balance felt like relief.

I was constantly wondering if this marriage could ever feel peaceful again, sitting in uncertainty, but craving clarity, connection, and a sense of calm in my own home.

It was finally when I was hitting the depths of my sadness that I started to notice something about myself. I would fantasize about something big happening in our marriage, something dramatic that would give me permission to shout, "I'm out of here," and feel validated when everyone asked why I left. I didn’t realize at the time that I could just leave. I didn’t have to wait for abuse, catching him in our bed with another woman, or his death in order to justify walking away from my marriage.

So one day, after a very average argument, nothing explosive, nothing shocking, I simply said, "I'm done. I want a divorce." I knew it was time because I could say the words without huge emotion, without tears. Not without sadness, sadness was absolutely there, but it was a different feeling. It was calm. It was clear. And that is when I started the process.

"I called Molly at my lowest, ready to file for divorce, and felt like I had nowhere else to turn. After months of working with Molly, I was able to draw boundaries, speak my truth, and understand where I was showing up in my life and causing my own pain. I reframed my approach and started listening and communicating my needs. I’m so proud to say that my marriage is better than ever and I’m so happy in my life again. My only regret isn’t working with Molly sooner. I wish everyone would have the chance to work with her."

- Lori

"Molly is an incredible coach and a pillar of my support system. She is currently helping me work through an extremely difficult time in my life and is always so responsive, insightful and supportive. She has taught me how to develop the inner strength I need to face daily crises and has started helping me to uncover the best version of myself. I can't imagine going through this without her. I stopped working with a therapist and switched to Molly instead - it was the best decision I ever made!"

- Emily

"Divorce has been one of the hardest things I have ever endured. Molly has played an invaluable roll in the process. Having her as part of my support system has given me the tools I needed to navigate this journey. When I’m spiraling, she is able to give me perspective to look at each situation with clear and grounded strategy. I’ve learned a lot about myself through her counsel and feel that is one of the best takeaways from something so devastating. I’m so grateful for her compassion, insight, and support."

- Erica

Today, I have peace in my home and confidence in my decisions as a direct result of deciding I was done living in the in-between.

But I want you to hear this clearly. I will never tell you to go or stay in your marriage. That is not my job, and it is not my belief.

I have plenty of clients who decide to stay and ultimately transform their relationship for the better by doing the work. They learn how to communicate differently. They set boundaries. They rebuild trust. They show up in new ways. And their marriages become stronger, healthier, and more connected than they have been in years.

Like my client Lori, who came to me feeling completely disconnected from her husband and convinced they were headed for divorce. Inside our work together, we focused on honest communication, emotional responsibility, and understanding the patterns that kept them stuck. Over time, the tension in their home softened, their conversations became calmer, and they found their way back to each other in a way that felt steady and real.

That is the work.
Not stay.
Not go.
Clarity.

During the five weeks inside of The In-Between, you will leave with clarity around whether you want to stay in your marriage repair and what work it will take on your part to get your marriage back on track or you will have clarity to confidently leave your marriage and what those next indicated steps look like.

If you’re ready to no longer spend seven hours of your day mentally ping-ponging between staying in your marriage or filing for divorce - The in-between is for you.

"Instagram gets very overwhelming with information, people, and content. Sometimes you will hear or read something that 'clicks'. Molly is down to earth, attentive, personable, and understanding. It does not feel like you're just another follower. The small group sessions are invaluable to knowing you are not alone in your feelings. The cost is similar to therapy sessions, but with more direct and tangible things to learn and implement. I would recommend this program to anyone. Whether you are just beginning to understand what you're feeling or you've been on a longer journey. It really confirms the fact that you are not alone"

"When I joined Clarity in the In-Between, I was truly in between the decision of staying or leaving my marriage. I had even asked my husband to move out multiple times and felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of what the future held. Molly helped me view my situation through a different lens and softened my heart to the possibility of giving my husband another chance after more than 15 years together. The concepts she shared, especially around the burdens we carry and maintaining our own identity, continue to impact me daily. Through this work, I've learned to communicate my needs more clearly, and after both of us doing the work individually and together, we're more connected and in sync with each other's feelings than we've been in years."

- Karen

"Feeling stuck in the in-between can feel scary and lonely but can also be a place to just hide out because it starts to get easier than knowing the answer. I was nervous about joining Clarity in the In-Between because I wasn't sure I wanted to know the answer but I was also so tired of being in the constant loop of wondering if I should stay or go. I am so glad that I joined because it gave me new ways of looking at things that I wasn't seeing on my own. It also helped me feel empowered to start taking small actions today that are helping me move out of stuck and hiding toward more clarity and confidence in myself. In the end, I feel confident about my current decision and next steps."

- Lisa
